Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Ash & Ember® packaging, ensuring all fragile components are securely padded for transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
